My journey started about ten years ago as a full-time REALTOR®. I've been serving families throughout St. Johns County since 2017.
After years of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers, I founded STA Sunrise Realty to expand that experience into something more intentional, personalized, and community-rooted.
I’m especially known for helping sellers prepare their homes for the market in a way that feels doable (not overwhelming) and for guiding buyers through competitive situations with clear strategy and strong negotiation.
